How to Create a Supervisory Team:
DSP Admins can go to Manage --> Configuration --> Supervisory Teams
Clicking here will take the user to the Supervisory Teams window, where all of the Teams for the CMA will be housed. On this screen, users can see the team names, the supervisor for the team, the CMA, the number of care managers that are assigned to a specific team and the last time the team was updated.
To create a new team, click on the blue New Team button and the user will be prompted to create a new Team Name and choose the CMA. Click on the blue Create Team button to finish this step and move on to the next window.
The next window will allow the user to add supervisors and care managers to the newly created team.
Click on the Add Supervisor button and a pop up window will prompt the user to choose supervisors from a drop down menu. The user will be able to choose multiple supervisors for each team, if necessary. Once all of the supervisors have been chosen in this window, click on Add to Team.
To add Care Managers, the user can follow the same steps after clicking on the Add Care Manager button:
Once the user is done adding their team members, the Team window will show these changes, as below. If supervisors or care team members need to be removed from the teams, this can be done easily by clicking the red Remove button to the right of the names, and they will be removed from the list.
To return to the Supervisory Team window, click on the hyperlink titled Supervisory Teams on the top left and users will see the additional teams created. By clicking the carrot on the left hand side of the screen, the teams will expand to show which care managers are assigned to each specific team.
Monitoring Supervisory Teams under CMA Quality
Users can navigate to the CMA Quality screen to see Team progress for the Big 3 Metrics: Consents, Assessments, and Care Plans. Once there, users can filter to view data by Supervisory Team. Once the team is chosen, click on the blue filter button and all of the care managers assigned to that team will be shown, along with their metrics.
Additionally, users can view team metrics by Supervisor, by choosing a specific supervisor, or multiple supervisors, depending on the need. Click on the blue filter button and all of the care managers assigned to that supervisor will be shown, along with their metrics.
Users are also able to export these to CSV, as needed.
