Sometimes users create assessments mistakenly or realize they have a blank or incorrect assessment in the member chart and want to be able to delete this. DSP Admins do have the ability to do this; if Users need assistance, please reach out to your DSP Admin at your agency. A few things to keep in mind:
- Ensure that you are choosing the correct assessment to delete. If you delete this assessment by mistake, you cannot undo this.
- Users cannot delete assessments that have already been marked as completed and locked.
- Users are not able to delete custom assessments.
- If you need assistance with deleting a custom assessment after it has been marked as "complete," please reach out to email@example.com for further assistance. We will be able to assist with unmarking the custom assessment as complete, and giving the User the ability to delete the custom assessment.
To delete an assessment, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Assessments Tab.
Click on View next to the assessment you are looking to delete.
Scroll down and on the lower left hand menu, there will be a box labeled Assessment Info. Within this box, there will be in small type, Edit Assessment Info. Click this.
This window below will pop up and here is where you can click on the red Delete Assessment button.
A warning pop up will ask users to confirm that they want this assessment deleted:
Once you click OK, you will be redirected back to the Assessments Tab for this member chart. All set!
