A common error from MAPP found on segments and Billing Support Questionnaires is "Invalid Coverage Code found".
But what does it mean?
MAPP is reporting that there is a coverage code on the client's Medicaid that makes the currently makes the client ineligible for Health Home services during the month attempting to sync to MAPP.
How to find the mentioned coverage code?
- If it's for the same month the segment is attempting to report, navigate to the member Overview and check their ePaces status. The coverage "code" will be a description of their coverage. Here's an example of a member with an Invalid Coverage Code. A list of the coverage codes and Health Home eligibility can be found here.
- If the Coverage Code is valid, or if the month attempting to sync is different from the current month, search the client in ePaces to see their Medicaid description.
- Search the client in MAPP through the "Member CIN Search" function and ensure that the date of service aligns with the segment month that is experiencing the error in FCM.
