There are two options for downloading claims:
- Claim details
- This download represents each claim as a single row of data, providing the user the most updated status and payment details for the claim. This export includes claims in any status, including pending claims.
- Claim transaction details
- This download represents each distinct claim transaction as a separate line of data; this means, for example, that claims that have been paid, then subsequently voided, will show as two rows of data in the export. Since pending claims do not have any transactions linked to them yet, they will not be included in the "Claim transaction details” export.
