What does the “Reset Questionnaire Data Using MAPP Records” action do?
The “Reset Questionnaire Data from MAPP Records” action deletes the billing support questionnaires that have been added into FCM for this patient-month, and then creates fresh questionnaires perfectly matching MAPP’s download records, bringing FCM to a stable state.
Since this action begins by deleting the existing questionnaires, any historical information about who created the original questionnaires, and when they were created, will no longer be available in FCM.
When is this action useful?
This action is usually used to fix Inconsistent Error States.
In addition, if billing support for a patient-month is showing as “Managed in MAPP”, the action can be used to create questionnaires in FCM matching the MAPP records. This might be useful if you initially entered a questionnaire in MAPP, but then want to switch to using FCM directly.
