When a member has a Potential under the billing instance, this means the billing support questionnaire needs to be filled out for this member month. The first time a User fills out a billing support questionnaire for the member, they will have to enter in all of the information. Foothold Care Management remembers this and will auto-populate the billing support questionnaire for the following member months (shown below).
Tip: If you click on the blue question marks next to a field, a text box will pop up that explains what that field on the BSQ is and what it is used for in the billing process.
