See below for a guide to the billing support statuses found in Foothold Care Management
- Potential: The patient has a successfully synced segment in MAPP for this month. The CMA now has a “potential” billing instance available to them. This status requires that the CMA fill out the billing support questionnaire.
- Added (synced): The billing support questionnaire has been filled out in FCM and has successfully synced to MAPP.
- Added (unsynced): The billing support questionnaire has been filled out but has not yet been successfully synced to MAPP. The billing support data will be sent to MAPP during FCM’s next sync. If the sync fails due to a billing support error, the record will remain in this status, along with an indication of the error.

The voided and new questionnaires have not yet been successfully synced to MAPP but will be sent during FCM’s next sync.

This billing support data has then been imported from MAPP into FCM, in order to increase visibility for CMAs and to allow FCM to generate a claim based on the billing support data.
