The CANS Assessment Date and Acuity are information that comes down from MAPP to FCM on the Billing Support Download File that we pull from MAPP and upload into FCM. Reflection of the most up to date CANS Assessment date and acuity are directly tied to when a User completes the Billing Support Questionnaire (BSQ) for the month.
For example, if a BSQ was completed and uploaded to MAPP prior to the when the CANS assessment was completed, the prior CANS Assessment Date and Acuity will show in the member’s overview in FCM.
If the BSQ gets submitted towards the end of the month, the most recent CANS Assessment Date and Acuity will have come down from MAPP and onto the member’s overview in FCM.
