Users who have since disenrolled their members in FCM may notice that their A or K codes (or other RE Codes that were applicable to the member) may still be present on a member chart's Overview. This is actually valid and not a glitch or delay in the system. The RE codes for a member won't disappear on the member's Overview after the member's segment has been closed in our system because our feed with eMedny will only update members' information who have active segments in FCM.
Here's a screenshot of a member assigned to a CMA that was disenrolled at the end of December. Notice that the date that eMedny was last updated in FCM was 12/30/2022, but the RE codes still remain.
Upon checking eMedny, the member no longer has their A or K codes on file.
The disenrollment from FCM was successful, but FCM only checks Medicaid eligibility for members with active segments, which is why you may still see some RE Codes stick around on the member's historical chart.
